Do you have a physical location?

We do not have a physical store; avoiding overhead costs helps us keep our prices low!

Do you only carry preowned jewelry?

While the majority of our items are preowned, some of our pieces have never been worn. We distinguish these characteristics in the description of each item so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. Our meticulous sourcing and quality control process ensures our preowned jewelry is as close to new condition as possible. All of our preowned pieces show minimal to no wear and are cleaned, polished, and restored by hand.

Are your gold, silver, and gemstones real?

Yes, all of our jewelry consists of real materials. Our collection features gold and silver of different content variations. We don’t offer plated or filled jewelry items but we can source these pieces if requested. All of our gemstones are authentic, and we offer a both lab-created and natural gemstones to appeal to individual preferences.

Do you carry variations of silver other than sterling silver (925)?

We carry 950 and 800 silver in addition to 925 silver. We indicate silver content in each product’s description.

Do you have men’s jewelry?

Though we don’t have a separate collection for men, many of our pieces are unisex.

It has been longer than 14 days since I received my purchase. Can I still return it?

Sorry, we do not accept returns after this window.

I found an item I’d love to add to my collection, but it’s not my size/it’s no longer available. Do you have another one?

It’s very rare that we’re able to find duplicates of the same piece if the item is a unique style, but it never hurts to ask. Feel free to email us!

Do you offer ring sizing?

Sorry, we don’t offer this service at this time. Check with your local jeweler; they typically charge around $50 for this service. Please note that some ring styles prevent the ring from being resized.

What is your specific requests sourcing process?

If you would like us to source a specific piece, complete the form on the website. Be sure to include any details you’d like us to know about the piece you’re looking for, as well as your budget. We will respond to the inquiry within 2 business days to discuss any other details we need and to provide you with an estimated timeline and the deposit amount. On average, specific requests sourcing can take about a month. All specific requests are subject to an estimated 20% deposit. Once we have secured 3-4 options and they have passed our quality control process, we will share images with you to see if any of the options fit your criteria. If you’re happy with an item, you will have 5 business days to complete the payment. Failure to complete the payment or communicate with us in a timely manner during the process will result in forfeiture of the item and the deposit.
