Our Shipping Process

Our Processing Timeline

We process orders within 2 business days unless otherwise stated, and we note potential delays on our website and in your confirmation email.

US domestic shipping

We offer US domestic shipping options through UPS, and every parcel is fully insured. Sorry, we can’t ship internationally. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your purchase ships.

Our “Economy” option is UPS Ground, which arrives in 5 days. Our “Expedited” option is UPS 2-Day.

Our Green Efforts

In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, we reuse boxes and packing materials and leverage recycled products where we can. We encourage you to reuse or recycle your box and packing materials when you receive your parcel from us.

You’ll also find minimal paperwork in your parcel - just our business card and a care card for your jewelry. We’re happy to provide printed receipts upon request.


Our Return Process

Our “No Questions Asked” Policy

If you don’t love your jewelry from us, simply send us an email at contact@artofstonejewelry.com asking to initiate a return - no reason required (but always welcome). Please include your name, order number, and shipping address.

14-Day Window

We understand that life can get busy, so we provide all customers with 14 days from the package’s arrival date to initiate your return. We provide a prepaid label for you to return your item to us and ask that you drop it off within 3 business days.

No Fine Print

Once we receive your return and ensure it’s in the condition we sent it, we’ll initiate your full refund. You won’t pay any fees for shipping, handling, or restocking your return.

Please note:

We cannot offer exchanges or credits.

We cannot honor return requests after the 14-day window.

Any returned item that is received in damaged or modified condition, including ring resizing, will not be refunded and will be forfeited to Art of Stone.
